Hilary Blake, also known simply as Hilary, emerged onto the music scene with a single and EP in 1983. Despite limited online information, it is noted that she was from Los Angeles and was recognized as one of the pioneering female artists in the synth-pop genre. Tragically, she passed away in August 2007. Her legacy endures primarily through her standout single, "Kinetic."

As I remember, she died of breast cancer or its complications.

There is a little information and very few pictures about her online. She seems to be quite a mystery. I remember hearing her song on the radio in the 80s and I thought it was kind of interesting and then I forgot about it and then later I just discovered it again and I couldn’t believe how good it sounded.
