The Dears to Release their Eight Studio Album in May

The Canadian indie rock outfit The Dears have returned this year with a new single and also announced the release of their eight studio album Lovers Rock. The album will be released in Mid May and is currently promoted with the single "The Worst in Us".

The Dears Release of their Sixth Studio Album

Montreal based The Dears have shared "Here's to the Death of All the Romance", a great new single which will be featured on their brand new album 'Times Infinity Volume One'. This will be their sixth studio album and the first one since 2011's 'Degeneration Street'. The band is currently working on promotion of the new alum which has been released this week.

The Dears- Degeneration Street

The long awaited fifth studio album from Montreal based group the Dears is out tomorrow, February 15, 2010. 'Degeneration Street' marks the return of several band members who were absent from the band's previous album 'Missiles', including Patrick Krief, Rob Benvie and Roberto Arquila. The album features a sweeping collection of orchestral pop / rock that is at once enlightening, angst-ridden and mesmerizing. "Omega Dog" is currently the only single from the album which was released in October 2010.

The Dears return with Omega Dog

The Dears have announced the release date of their new album entitled 'Degeneration Street'. The album is due to be released on February 15, 2011. The first single from the album "Omega Dog" is available via the Dears digital store.

The Dears- Missiles

"Missiles" is the fourth studio album by the Canadian group the Dears. The album is scheduled to be released on October 20, 2008. The album was marked by creative tensions within the band. By the time the recording process was complete, most of the supporting musicians had left, leaving only core members Murray Lightburn and Natalia Yanchak.
